15 Thoughts Every Yogi has During Yoga Class



What better way to unwind after a full week of classes, work, and the everyday stresses of being an adult then finding your zen at a yoga class. If you’re like me and love yoga, then you know the peace of mind that a class but peace is not the only thing that comes to mind during yoga.
Here are a list of the top 15 thoughts that pop up in my mind when all i want to do is make it to savasana in one piece (i know i’m not alone):
1.Why is this class so full ??
I knew i should've came to an earlier class. Is there any room for my mat?
2. I hope these leggings aren’t see through
They’re probably see through… why’d i wear a thong today
3. Downward dog…. Great… i hope the person behind me enjoys the show
This is actually nice i definitely needed this
4. What should i eat for dinner? Tacos sound nice
Focus. Food can wait an hour. Focus. Breath in and out
5. Wait how’d they get into that pose
How’d her leg bend like that
6. I need to get out of this pose! I thought boat pose would be easy
Please stop shaking… please stop shaking
7. When is savasana?!
I am sweating EVERYWHERE
8. Breathe. Remember to breathe.
That lady next to me is so flexible!
9. Wait, hold this pose for how many more breathes ?! You have to be kidding!
Please let this end before i drop
10. Yes! Child’s pose. this i can do
Can i just stay like this for the next half hour?
11. Another downward dog? Wait do what with my leg?
Oh, this isn’t so bad.
12. One more breath… you got this
That was easier than i thought
13. Oh Savasana … FINALLY
This was definitely worth it
14. No! It’s over already … just two more minutes
I don’t want to go back to reality yet
15. When is the next class? I have to come back next week
This was the best class ever. I LOVE yoga
